Common questions
- I bought Pro on another device. Open Settings (gear, top right of Universe) and tap Restore Purchases.
- My palettes aren't on my other iPhone. iCloud sync is part of Pro and is off by default. Turn it on in Settings on both devices, signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Describe says it needs Apple Intelligence. Making a palette from a description uses Apple's on-device model, which needs iOS 26 on a supported iPhone with Apple Intelligence turned on. Photo, Paste and Blank work on every iPhone.
- The sky behind my solar systems isn't my sky. Allow location in iOS Settings › Palettarium. Without it the app shows a default sky.
- I want a copy of everything. Settings › Backup › Export backup saves one file with all your palettes and solar systems.
